Hrm… The JPEG artifacts do funny things to the first picture of this set. Or was that part of the intended effect?
Those aren’t JPEG artifacts, actually. They’re the fret bars, which make a really neat pattern when out of focus like that.
Wow. These are really neat! If there really are a million photos like this out there, I have never seen them. You really captured the guitar from some really cool perspectives. Love it.
I love the middle one of the…uh, is that the tuning…head? I have no idea. The pic with the little guys that you turn to tune the guitar. The light is really beautiful. Are you lighting these at all or just grabbing natural light?
These were shot with a shoe-mount flash bounced off the ceiling, plus some natural fill light.
