So, I saw this challenge come up this week and I wasn’t going to do it again — I did it last year and it sounded like a lot of work. But, then I grabbed my camera one morning and just started taking pictures, so… here we are 😛 Took me a little longer to get them edited than normal, but anyways. If you’re unfamiliar with the prompt or the exercise, I’ll let Chelsea explain:
This is one of my all-time favorite exercises, and the second time I’ve included it in the prompts. It’s a bit involved, so stay with me. Choose one day this week where you will document the entire day – from the moment you wake up, to the moment you go to sleep. Aim to take at least one photo every hour. At the end, cull it down to no more than 10 photos which tell the story of your day. Then, choose just one hero photo which sums it up in its entirety.
I think the thing that was fun about this is, honestly, my days don’t actually look that much different these days than they did a year ago… but I got a fun and different set of images to play with nonetheless. Here’s my “hero shot”:
And here’s the set of 10 images from the day (side note: nobody zoom in on my keyboard, I’m rather embarrassed about how dirty it is):

I love how this takes me through a day in your life. I bet you are a champ at Spelling Bee!
